Mindfulness is a form of mental training that helps people develop awareness of their physical and mental experiences with an attitude of openness, curiosity and care.

Workplace wellbeing programmes that specifically teach mindfulness skills have been shown to reduce stress, anxiety and burnout, and to improve concentration, resilience, empathy and communication.

A proven strategy

In their 2022 guidelines on Mental Wellbeing at work NICE recommended that all employers offer (or help employees access) mindfulness, yoga or meditation on an ongoing basis.

Mindfulness Courses

The most in-depth way to learn and deliver big transformations to your employees. Courses are delivered over 4-8 weeks to allow time to embed daily habits, and with maximum group sizes of 12 to ensure fully personalised support.

Introductory Sessions

Introductory Sessions are relaxed, interactive workshops for groups of up to 50 people. We'll bust common mindfulness myths and learn some quick and effective mindfulness tools to start using straight away.

Weekly meditation

A weekly live guided meditation session to help your employees pause, de-stress and refocus, wherever they are. These short sessions work well at the beginning or end of the working day, or during a lunch break.

1:1 Sessions

Equip your senior leaders with the tools they need to cope more effectively with the pressures of their roles and lead happier, healthier teams. Sessions are bespoke to meet each individual's goals.
